We love creating special moments and ever lasting impressions

Crackin Events is a family owned and run events business by Darren and Scott. We specialise in providing special additions to any event such as Weddings, Birthday Parties and Corporate Events to name a few.

We are an Ayrshire based Events business who are rated five stars by our customers. We primarily cover the Central Belt and South of Scotland, however we do offer our services to the full of Scotland.

We have a range of items available to help make your event special from Venue Decor to Candy Carts and Photo Booth’s. All of our items can be customised to fit the theme of your event and offer a different flair to your event ensuring the WOW factor.

The team at Crackin Events have been providing event services for over 10 years and have a fountain of knowledge and experience. We are passionate about our customer service and the quality of products that we provide. We always ensure that our customers are put to ease and don’t have to worry about a thing.

    I will never be able to find the words to truly express how grateful we are for you and your team but I’ll give it a good go!
    From being let down by our previous company finding our early January you stepped in the same night, got me a full breakdown of what I wanted and created a vision board. Your communication is impeccable and we’re always on hand for all my questions and crazy ideas!
    You helped bring my vision to life because let’s be honest Stuart didn’t have a clue šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚
    You captured every single detail of my beauty and the beast themed wedding adding class and elegance in the most romantics back drop at Seamill hydro! You helped bring the wedding of my dreams to life and I will be eternally grateful! Everyone commented on all the details and said it was the best wedding they had ever been too! You are so incredible and even to the days before you were on hand with messages making sure everything was exactly how I imagined!

    We came across Crackin Events on Instagram and their wedding set ups were beautiful. I wasn't sure what I was looking for so Darren and Scott met with my mum and I and shared their opinions and options. They were very professional, yet so personable and easy to work with. We booked 2yrs in advance so Darren & Scott said if we changed our minds we had plenty time to do so. There were so many options. We opted for the LOVE sign, the beautiful rose arch, selfie postbox, welcome sign and table plan. Set up went smoothly, no issues at all. Everything was set out as discussed and they organised directly with our venue. We were a bit disappointed we couldnt have our pets with us at our venue as they wouldnt have behaved lol, so they came up with the idea of including them in our welcome sign and table plan which was so cute. They also came back the following morning to clear everything away without a hitch. Great guys would definitely deal with them again for an event. They are the best and we highly recommend them.     Words will never show the extent of gratitude that my husband 🤭 and I have for Darren and Scott at crackin events!
    We had a vision and the boys really did deliver! (All the way to the north east too!)
    One of the very few places to have some amazing pampas displays, so if your looking for something different and a little unique hit the boys up
    An amazing experience from the offset of enquiring to setting up and then clearing away at the end of the most magical day!

    Darren and Scott were absolutely fantastic and I can’t recommend Crackin events enough! Nothing was too much hassle for them and they listened to exactly what I wanted to make sure that everything looked perfect.

    Their communication was excellent throughout, answering my many emails and even phoning me to double check everything was correct. They were both so patient when I changed my mind 4 times and also my seating plan at the last minute 🫣

    Our decor looked absolutely beautiful and I got so many compliments from our guests! Thank you so much šŸ’—

    Darren and Scott at Crackin Events truly outdid themselves! Our venue Coats is already stunning, but they added some extra special touches to make it even more breathtakingly beautiful for our big day. The cold sparks for our first dance were AMAZING! Their communication was top-notch, nothing was ever an issue when we emailed to change things or add on to our booking. They brought our vision to life! We're forever grateful for their hard work and dedication. 5 stars isn't enough, we'd give them 10 stars if we could! ā­ļøšŸ’• thanks again guys! Love the McGeochs x

    Scott and Darren from Crackin Events were absolutely incredible from start to finish! They were so helpful throughout the entire process — from planning to executing the big day — making everything feel seamless and stress-free. The decorations were faultless, perfectly complementing the stunning Blair Castle and making the venue even more breathtaking - if that's even possible.

    They assisted with every detail, from the beautiful blossom arch to the table dĆ©cor, even though we didn’t have much of a clear vision initially. Their flexibility and creativity truly blew us away, going beyond all our expectations. On the day, they were super helpful with setting everything up and accommodating all our last-minute requests with a smile.

    They also helped coordinate the photobooth, which was a huge hit with our guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better team — Scott and Darren’s professionalism, attention to detail, and warm approach made our special day even more memorable. Highly recommend Crackin Events to anyone looking for a flawless, beautiful event!

    Darren, Scott and the events team are truly amazing. After changing our wedding date they done everything to accommodate our new plans. They really did go above and beyond for us. Contacting the venue (Linlithgow Burgh Halls) to make arrangements and going out their way to make it all happen. The customer service from start to finish was outstanding. The venue decor was absolutely stunning. I left everything pretty much in their hands and they made it look gorgeous and knew exactly what to do. I really appreciate everything they done for us and would highly recommend them to anyone. They have such a wide range of products and fantastic packages.     I do not know where to even start…From our very first online call with the team, we felt so secure and safe with Darren and Scott. We have been spreading the company’s name like wildfire…these guys are the real deal! Before we came across Crackin Events myself and my husband were worried about how we would bring our vision to life but the boys did an incredible job! My husband and myself live abroad and the boys were so helpful whenever we went back to Scotland to get our wedding prep organised. From the bottom of our hearts, we cannot thank the team enough for their help. We did not feel like we were talking to a company when planning our wedding with the boys…we were talking to two genuine men that really cared about bringing other people’s dreams to life.

    We are beyond thrilled that we hired Crackin Events to provide their Photo Booth service at our wedding.

    It was a major hit with our guests, and they absolutely loved it!
    The props that were provided were both fun and hilarious!
    The quality of the images were superb as well.

    We recommend Crackin Events to any couple who are looking for a Photo Booth at their big day!
