We love creating special moments and ever lasting impressions

Crackin Events is a family owned and run events business by Darren and Scott. We specialise in providing special additions to any event such as Weddings, Birthday Parties and Corporate Events to name a few.

We are an Ayrshire based Events business who are rated five stars by our customers. We primarily cover the Central Belt and South of Scotland, however we do offer our services to the full of Scotland.

We have a range of items available to help make your event special from Venue Decor to Candy Carts and Photo Booth’s. All of our items can be customised to fit the theme of your event and offer a different flair to your event ensuring the WOW factor.

The team at Crackin Events have been providing event services for over 10 years and have a fountain of knowledge and experience. We are passionate about our customer service and the quality of products that we provide. We always ensure that our customers are put to ease and don’t have to worry about a thing.

    We just had our day on 7/11/25 and wowwww! Scott and Darren out done themselves. They brought my vision to light and honestly it was everything we could have asked for and more. They made a couple of small decisions on the day that quite frankly im glad they did because the whole set up was stunning. Communication with the guys has been nothing short of amazing from day 1. 10/10 recommend as they made this whole process so easy for us🫶🏼xx

    We cannot recommend Crackin Events enough! We had our day at the end of September and it was nothing short of perfect😍The decor was stunning and we're so grateful🫶🏽 When we had our last planning meeting with Scott ahead of our day, I was struggling to visualise everything together. He was amazing, so patient and we made some wee tweaks until it was perfect. Nothing was too much hassle which is so important and allowed me to really enjoy the build up. My only regret is that we didn't get a chance to thank you guys in person on the day - the morning passed so quickly and I hadn't realised you were there until you'd set up and gone🙈Thank you so much for being part of our day, you guys are the best🫶🏽🤍

    Darren and Scott are absolutely brilliant! They’re so friendly, accommodating, and genuinely lovely to work with, no question is ever a silly one. From the very beginning, they were amazing at bouncing ideas around to really understand our vision for the day.

    When we walked into our venue, we were honestly blown away. The tables, bannister, and flower arch were even more beautiful than we could have imagined, it was all stunning. We had so many lovely compliments on the décor!

    The Ferrero Rocher tree went down an absolute treat, the photobooth was a huge hit, and the audio guest book was such a special touch, hearing our guests’ messages (and letting them hear ours!) was amazing.

    Darren and Scott stayed in touch throughout the run-up to the wedding and nothing was ever too much for them. They’re both so talented, creative, and passionate about what they do! I honestly couldn’t recommend Crackin Events enough!

    Crackin’ Events were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They handled all of our wedding décor and completely transformed the venue - from the welcome sign, table centrepieces, arch, matching aisle florals, and LED letters, right through to the table plan and selfie post box. Every single detail looked amazing and was set up perfectly. You can tell they really care about what they do - everything was coordinated beautifully and exactly how we imagined it. Couldn’t fault a thing. Highly recommend them to anyone planning their big day!

    A heartfelt ✨THANK YOU✨ to the folks at Crackin Events who did the decor for mine and Robbie's wedding on the 30th October at the Lochside House Hotel! 🤍 Everything was beyond what I ever imagined it would be (even though I didn't quite get the altar arch I ordered 🤭) but this didn't affect the overall vibe of the day! The photobooth was a massive hit with our guests, they had a great laugh and a fantastic time with it. Our guests were also absolutely in awe of the sparklers that went off during our special first dance, I'm so glad I added these on at the last minute because they were just WOW! We even rented the pacman machine and held a competition for first place amongst the guests which also got folks chatting away!
    Thank you so much for being a part of our special day, I will never stop singing your praises to any future couples who are planning their special day! 🥰❤️✨

    Mine and Emma’s wedding was on the 25-10-25 at The Redhurst Hotel, it was everything we could’ve imagined and more… it was PERFECT💍

    From meeting the team in their little warehouse unit booking our big day to our final details meeting in their new showroom was flawless from start to finish, didn’t need to chase them up they were on the ball for EVERY single email and detail.

    The showroom really helps couples visualise that this is what they want and what colour go with what.

    Highly recommend Crackin Events! Pricing is fantastic and the service provided is even more meaningful🥰

    We would highly recommend Crackin Events! We first met Scott and Darren in their showroom and they were just great, they were able to see our vision the way we did and also help by giving there expertise with what would work and what wouldn’t! At our final details meeting, I ended up changing a few things 🫣 Darren was great and very accommodating with our changes!
    On the day, our decor looked amazing and we absolutely loved it, from centre pieces to welcome signs everything was perfect!
    We can’t thank you all enough for making our day so perfect.
